    Good Morning All,

I posted here back last year regards a case brought against myself and former employer, to cut a long and very depressing story short I have requested to have the case against me struck out to no avail, however the last communication I have is that this possibility will be discussed at the hearing itself.

The hearing is set for next week 27-29th May, I have rather foolishly kept the details of this private from my present employer (this has already cost my my marriage and former employment) I was really hoping that it would all go away although now im resigned to the fact it hasnt and wont. My present employer are very sticky when it comes to time off from work and normal process is that 2 weeks notice has to be given and I am aware that if I request this time off it will be rejected.

Does anyone know of the implications of non-attendance, can I submit a statement and hope for the best?

Really unsure on how to proceed
