Hi everyone,
Quick question regarding commencing a legal challenge.
I appealed a decision by my employer to suspend me from a scheme for 12 months for breaching T&C's of the holding periods.
I sold a car 3 months before the 1 holding period (breach) , yet 253 after the other holding period (non breach).
Another colleague sold his car 5 days before 1 period and 15 days before other period (both breaches).
My appeal was not upheld as I breached the holding periods and my colleague's appeal was upheld, yet he breached both holding periods
Therefore, do I have a case for a legal challenge, as they have set a precedent in the appeals process?
Note, you either meet or breach the holding periods, there is no grey area.
