EMI Share Schemes
Good Afternoon Everyone..
Please could someone shed any light on a query I have..? I hold some EMI shares in a company and I am also a Director of that Company.
If I was to start a small company (second income stream and not remotely in any way competition to Job 1), am I allowed to own shares in a second company?
Whilst I hope to make some money from the second, its more of a personal interest development and would not impact my normal work.
