Looking for advise really my partner works in a spa and there advised to see if they can sell the products they use on the client's which I appreciate is common practice and each month they get a cut of commission of what they have sold however she has got a letter which was sent to all spa staff stating due to staff sick levels in that department ANYONE In that department who is off sick for a day or more without a GP note that said person will loose the commission of the decmeber month
Is that legal ?
