Hi guys,
In October 2015 I decided to buy a CIW Ecommerce specialist online learning course from I.T online learning.com. The payment was made by approx 4 monthly installments. Shortly after completing the payments and receiving the coure access detail I quickly realised the course was way too advanced for me. I contacted I.T online learning to ask for help and they agreed to switch the course to the CIW Web foundations associate course, again however after accessing the new course I was in the same position, the new course was out of my depth, this was in April 2016. Since then I have not accessed the course materials after deciding to forget about it, however I would now like to get a refund for the course or else I'll be throwing £300 odd away. I was going to ask I.T online learning to switch course for the 3rd time however after looking on their site, the courses have changed and there are now no easier ones available for me to study, so my question is, am I entitled to a refund? Their terms and conditions can be foud here https://www.itonlinelearning.com/terms-and-conditions/ and I can't see anything directly relating to course refunds. Could I go down the route of "mis-selling"?
Any assitance would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks, Ben
