      Do not panic they want you to . No CCj if agreed but why pay for what you may no owe them they have to have all correct paperwork. Slow down.

        Ok thank you. I will send them letter stating that they did not comply with my request for documents and will await they reply.

          NOoooooooooo do not remind them, they know the rules, the fact you bring to court notice later, do nothing unless advised on here, keep us up dated.

          (you do not assist them, hopefully they give up trying to find paperwork).

            You can still come to an agreement long way down procedure just prior to case being heard, they if do not have the facts will no doubt discontinue at the last minute before loosing their deposit., in the hope you cave in.!
