Barcalycard will send it on to Link, but there I can see reasons for doing it this way.

      Hi all,

I sent S77 request to links and barclays month ago, but still didn’t receive anything back.
Don’t they only have 14 days to reply?

      Many thanks

Yes, there's been delays with post. You can do 3 things depending on how pro-active you want to be, you are still miles away from a CCJ.

do nothing, until they send another communication,
wait - give them some more time, see what they send,
        send them a chase letter.

I was cheekily going to write : 'do nothing, until they send another communication - (Mike770)'.

In attachment 2 that you posted, I can't find a date for the agreement / Terms and Conditions. It should be dated, can you check for a date. Also they've provided page 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. Where are the other pages?
                  One page has no number.

                    echat11 Hi

No date, it’s lol like generic T&C. That’s have pages are numbered unfortunately.

I still don’t have deed of assignment neither.

If they have the physical document, they've only provided one side of each page, so they've not provided 2, 4, 6. and 8.

                      If it's a copy from their database, then whoever, only scanned 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9.

Also you say the letter of assignment is missing.

As it stands they haven't complied with your requests.

You could send them a follow up letter, stating that your request for the requested documentation remains outstanding.

You are not entitled to see Deed of Assignment. But ask for notice of assignment.

echat11 What should be my next steps be please? Shall i send letter to Kearns and say that they failed to provide notice of assignment and also full statements of account as they only send the ones when the account was defaulted already.

Shall I also mention that the agreement doesn’t have a date?

                            Many thanks for your help

I would wait to see what they do next. See if they think they have enough. What they have sent isn't compliant.
If you do send a letter, all you need to state, it that they haven't complied with your request of CCA request of XX/XX/XX.
