I received a letter before actions from my employer, asking me to give him my one year salary back as he consider that he terminated my contract and he paid me by mistake.
But the employer never sent me a termination letter or a notice for termination, and I understand from him that I should wait at home while the company is in restructure, for further informations.
The employer sent me monthly payslips, internal communications and yearly P60 and bonuses. Including yearly re-evaluation and bonus.
Now he sent me the letter in September and I did reply to it, with my new address, telling him that I know that I am still an employee, and recently they sent me a new letter, before actions, in an address where they was notified that I changed it, without to take in considerations even the previously letter.
What can be done?
