Ok nem thanks for ur reply. Do I send a copy to Weightmans and Cabot too. Also I understand I have to sign it for the court but I don't really want to sign it if a copy is going to the other two just in case x

Morning stu I realised after I wrote it about the hi lol. That's only thing I'm worried about is them copying my signature. Can I just print my name on the form ? Does it have to be my signature? And thanks again for the reply stu.

That have been many " Urban Myths" about signature lifting but I've never seen any proof.

                      No problem Flicky!!

The Court will pass you defence to the claimant they then 26 days to respond to it, if they
do not respond the court will stay the claim. You will not be informed if this happens, so
if you don't here anything from the court and/or the claimant before the 28 days expire
you have to check with the court to check the status of the claim.

NB it is important to sign court forms that require a signature. There is no obligation
to sign a CCA request BUT the recipient can require a signature to verify ID.

This does not affect these individual claim and imo affects nothing The Financial Conduct Authority is aware and has take no action, this has arisen
it seems because of the acquisition of other licensed principal companies.
