        You may

I'm envious you're managing to keep up with your studies, I managed to do 1st year twice 1999 (Health & Social Care) and 2008 (Advice Work) but life and money (or lack of) keep getting in the way.

                Re: Court Claim - Lowell / Vanquis - 15-1-2015

Lowell would just be updating the files after acquiring the debt, the original creditor would have defaulted the account.

The default date must remain as the original.

think is for a different account as the default date is more recent, dec 2014.

What exactly shows on the credit file entry please?
Often debt purchasers will have there own reference /account number.

                            sent

I have got both a CCA (with THEIR account no on the PoC) and CPR for claim no only...not sent yet, let me know if i need to amend the account nos.
AoS will be sent as well today by 5pm.
Account nos make a difference to an Original CCA don't they? and in PoC's doesn't it have to be accurate? or at least correct!

As per pm, I will also add the statement. Thanks NEM.

                              Update 19-01-2015

Acknowledgement of Service completed online via MCOL few minutes ago. Screen shot also. (2-45 pm today).

I intend to defend all of this claim ticked..

CPR and CCA sent today, 19th January 2015, both recorded with CCA fee enclosed on a crossed postal order. with this is "for the stat fee only") on the postal order. The machine wouldn't let anything else on it.

                              What happens next? (rather nervous)
