  • Lost transcript

As you may have read in my other posts, I have been through a huge legal battle.
There were so many failings in the case. The claimants Counsel was very aggressive and my barrister didn’t appear to defend me or put up any particular defence at all.
I applied to Plymouth Court for a transcript but after waiting over a year, the Court stated that the Recorder who conducted the trial had stated that the entire transcript had been “lost” due to an IT
    error.
I understand there are several copies. Is there any way of obtaining this transcript or any comeback?
It seems that they really don’t want it heard again, particularly as the Barrister for the claimant has just been awarded an OBE.

any advice would be much appreciated
    Many thanks

Sorry, did you apply to the court or did you submit the form EX107 naming the transcription company that you wished to carry out the transcription.

Reason I ask is because I have just been through this
