Hello there people 
We are in the process of selling our house and just found out that we still have a registration charge with HM land registry registered against our property by Cabot financial from an old debt that was paid off in 2020 to restons solicitors, we thought it had been removed but it appears not, so we contacted restons regarding it and there reply was they are no longer instructed in this matter and we were told to contact Cabot which we have done 45 minutes on hold on the phone and the woman told us that it cannot be removed until June which we replied why ?? as the debt was paid off in 2020 it should be removed she said o yes I can see that but I’m going to have to phone you back and get an explanation as to why it can’t be removed until June…. Totally confused is this correct any info would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance.
