Hello,
in june my elderly mother received a court letter for a vanquis credit card she had a few years ago. It had been through Cabot then Nolans solicitors before court procedings. Found some very helpful info on here suggesting i ask for the signed credit agreement, which i did. Received a lovely letter from cabot saying they could not find it and that the claim was unenforsable. This was dared 21 June (well after the deadline i gave). She then received a letter from Registry trust saying a decree had been awarded against her for the full amount?!? What now? Any advise is greatly appreciated
