    Hi
    I’m looking for advice. I requested a cca from Cabot financial for an old NatWest credit card 2006.
    Today I received a credit card application with my signature on. It did not however have any detail of my address at the time or the credit limit.
    What is a true copy and would this credit application count ?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
