On the enclosed forms tick box D and then in Box I add "Signed Credit Agreement, Default Notice, Notice of Assignment & Deed of Assignment". This goes to the Solicitors, Restons.
CCA Request to Cabot with the £1 Statutory fee and mark the cheque/postal order clearly with "CCA 1974 STATUTORY FEE ONLY."
If they file a claim you'll be sending a different letter to the solicitors on receipt of the claim form and that would be the stage you'd provide them a copy of the CCA letter too.
Vary your signature with an extra line or dot when signing both as we wouldn't your signature finding it's way on to a blank credit agreement conveniently would we?
Next go on to the Subject Access Request Letter guide to send a letter to Studio and you want a copy of the signed Credit Agreement, Default Notice, Notice of Assignment, Deed of Assignment, full history of the account you held, any telephone recordings or logs held and any other information they hold of you. They have 30 days to comply with this request.
Take copies of all letters and the cheque/postal order for your records.
If you have previously had fraud and believe this to be an extension of that then you should report it as such to ensure it's linked to the original issues.
Also in addition to the Subject Access letter make a letter of complaint to Studio of Fraud.COMPLETING AN N180 DIRECTIONS QUESTIONNAIRE (SMALL CLAIMS TRACK) GUIDE

But they'd happily put a court claim in against you...... anyway, it's possible the original creditor hasn't provided documents because the details differ - so I would, particularly as you believe this may have been fraud or mistaken ID, just send a scan of your ID to Cabot.
Did you hear anything back about the SAR you sent to Studio ?#staysafestayhome

I would also make a report to Action Fraud and send the reference number of that report in the letter too.
