  • How to enforce a Judgement Order against Defendant?

    Hi
    Hope this is correct thread?

My friend has one a claim against 2 defendants who basically defrauded him(he acted as guarantor for a tenancy which they defaulted on owing landlord many £thousands, and they 'sold' him property that doesn't exist etc)
    Total claim worth over £60k
He now has the order(pics attached BUT backward order!)
He had solicitors make claim but he has no funds left to pay them for any more work(has paid many £000 to sols for work)
So what is next step? how can he enforce the ORDER and get bailiffs or whatever to go to the 2 defendants property and collect at least something?
I don't think he will get anywhere near the £60k but even if he can recover some money or goods, he might get some closure.

Any suggestions or links to correct process from this point would be great.

    Many Thanks
    Si
