  • Judical Review- Local Council- Disposal of green belt land

The FULL story is just going to take too long. And whilst I can tell you all about the campaign to date for most it will be nothing more than a semi- interesting read.

    To cut to the chase:
We ( a community group ) are looking for a pro bono barrister /solicitor to take our case to judicial review.

A lot of the legal groundwork has been done-( internally not professionally)

I would say the case definitely stands a 50% + chance (despite being biased obviously)
There are some complications (not to do with the substance of the case but other peripheral matters)

Apologies for the lack of pertinent details but for reasons of brevity & privacy we prefer to spill those details to relevant parties.
There are many people supporting this cause.

Suffice to say if you feel you can contribute as a solicitor / barrister to supporting the defence of Public green belt spaces in /around London from being 'gifted' into private corporate hands we would love to hear from you.

The Private party in our case does happen to be in top 50 in worlds rich list- but dont let that put you off- we havent !
