Permission to appeal refused

Hi Guys
I have had my permission to appeal refused but I have been given to chance to ask for it to be reconsidered at an Oral hearing, does anyone know how I make this request, all it says is I have 7 days to make a request to the court within 7 days from the date of service, (3 days left) any and all help greatly appreciated

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
