As per title.
Defendant has stated on admission form they are paid a regular monthly wage, but is self-employed.
I also know he works out on the road and does not invoice nor collects any money from customers.
The business is a husband/wife team (husband out on road, wife does paperwork e.g. invoicing etc) and him, so i guess it's a partnership of some sort.
Does the fact he is paid gross preclude me from gaining an A of E?
I know he's self-employed, but he is paid same amount end of every month by BACS, same as employed people.
Thanks.
