  • Delay on respond from creditors about consent to set the case aside

    Hi everyone,
Lots of very helpful post on forum and website helped avoid lots of questions but I have one pretty simple.
Shortly my case: Found out on Tuesday I have CCJ in court from July 2019 for unpaid parking fine. Manged to find creditor(excel parking) and emailed them directly on Wednesday on email stay stated on their website is the only way to dealt with CCJ. I still havent heard back so called them today and they said due the currect situation their legal team working from home and there is delay for up to 2 weeks in responding to all emailes.
On forum there was =information i should give them 7 days and then directly send claim to court.
In current situation shall I wait for respond for next week or give them few more day and send claim to set aside to court?

Thanks in advance for you help!
