I’ll try to keep this short but summarise the situation
We purchased a static caravan which once occupied we found to have a series of a faults including a major issue with the floor.
After weeks of back and forth with the company, whilst they looked for replacements, tried to make us pay more to upgraded they finally agreed to refund monies back to us (as well as giving our old static caravan back that we’d part exchanged as part of the deal)
We handed the faulty caravan back and given the keys back to the site manager, who has now completely washed her hands of it. The head office for the company who is meant to be handling the refund will not engage in conversation with us or confirm when we will get a refund back.
I thought about going down the section 75 route with my credit card company but the total sale was £32,000 so over the £30k cap. The transaction was made up of £20k cash and £12k in a part exchange static
My only other thought was could I raise a court claim to attempt to get the promised refund back?
Thanks
