Please help urgently!

Hi

I have to file an estimate of costs with the court, but am unclear exactly how this should be set out and what it should include (e.g. statement of truth). Â*At the moment I have a spreadsheet of time spent, estimated time to be spent on future work and disbursements. Â*Is there some guidance/specific CPR and a prescribed form?

I am a LiP and case is multi-track.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
