I need to file a N161 as Iwas refused a review on a Part vii Homelessness Application, the reason was I was Out Of Time, I never received communication from the council that the letter was available to me and was also criticized by the Review Officer for taking 21 Days to ask for the review. I have made a complaint to the council but need help with filing the N161. Any Housing specialists out there?
That's the basics of the issue, there is a lot more involved though. I'm pretty broke at the moment but have found accommodation for a year.
