Set aside a final charging order because of ppi

Hi Members

I started a topic the other day, but it seems to have become lost.

My question is fairly simple, I hope

I have a charging order, emanating from a credit card debt, (2008)

I am now aware that the value claimed involves PPI.

If successfully re-claimed would/could this be grounds to set aside the Final Charging order.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
