    Claim from Lowell Solicitors for O2 debt

    HI
    Can anyone help please? I have a Claim form from Lowell solicitors on behalf of O2 for £374.71 plus costs.
    As far as I am aware the contract with O2 was paid in full years ago. I have had no further dealings with them since. I do not know what this debt is.
    I have completed an Acknowledgement of Service online and would like to defend this claim.
