Ok Vanquis provide a Grattan credit card? I was not aware of Vanquis providing such cards.

It's no different from what was provided previously just statements included.

I still maintain that there should be more T's & C's.

That is correct , but if you look at their response they are asking for my defence to be strike out ,
Do ai need to send a response to the court ? or shiuld I wait for a letter in the post?
Also the list of transactions that I received starts a year later from when the accoubt was opened.
Not sure what to do now😥

After the claim was not suitable for mediation it was transffered to my local court. The judge allowed the claimant 56 days to respond to my defence, today I received their response to my defence. In this response they have included some statements and they ask the court to to strike out my defence .
