Re: Proof of identity
Good morning Icrina,
Responding to your PM.I have noticed that we don't know which company/solicitors we are
dealing with here.
A 45 day time scale for CPR request sounds like Cabot/ N]Mortimer Clark??
If you can post a copy of the sols letter it would help.
I'm sure LB team member @Kati will be able to assist you in posting it hear.

Re: CCA request proof of identity
Send them a copy of the claim form and tell them that if they want to dick around you'll let the court and solicitors regulation authority that they have sent a claim form to a person at their address without verification that this is where they live.

Re: Proof of identity
Good morning Icrina, Responding to your PM.
Yes a utility bill should be fine.
There is a point though that the claimant and their solicitor should not have
made contact with you in the first place if they are unsure that they have the
right person.
It's worth reminding them of that when you send the bill.

CCA request proof of identity
Good morning all,
Received a claim addressed to me but they used my middle name and surname. I hardly use that myself so when I sent my CPR request ( using my first name) I got a reply saying that the name on the claim is not the same.
Now I want to send them a proof of my full name like id card, passport etc but should I do that or not? and what will be better something with or without photo ? or doesn't matter?
