injury claim, Paticular of claim rules!

I had badly injury 4 years ago and still i have got medical problems. which is i have done particular of claim was wrong with my solicitor each year solicitor takes prasentage % from my value of case!.. so need to change that, Because of that paper my solicitor wasted my time and did not work properly to finish case in short time! all i know need to apply N244 form for country court and 154 gbp payment need to be done.

how this system works?

Usually Changes accept on particular of claim?

How long it is takes to learn result?

Can i do changes about presentage they will take from my compensation or charges each hour they charge from start of claim or from that day? (Reason is They wasted time on my case)

What's steps about to change particular of claim?

Who should know?

Do i need to do formal complain my solicitor?
