              Hi I think the statement has as you say been invented so it's accuracy can't be verified.
              Does it have your name/address on it and/ or the account No.

                  trys to rely on that in court it'll get thrown out!!

                      What witness statement have you sent ?

                      The CCA - you have received this, it has the address on from when you opened the card account and all the relevant terms attached ( 9 pages)

                      The Statements - transaction list print outs - you have been paying £1 a month by Direct Debit


                      As you see it now, what is your defence to the claim ?

                                Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                                Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                                If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
