Quick Question I am sending my Witness Statement tomorrow with my documents Will that be ok I had just realize I need to send Witness statement 14 days before hearing and tomorrow will be 13 days am I still OK to do that.

They are asking for a strike out and have included a recon of the CCA with this Witness Statement ? Need to see the CCA they have sent.

If you can take it into the court tomorrow that would be best - or email it. Also need to serve a copy on the claimant so email them and post a copy special delivery.

This the CCA they have sent to court but no signature of my is on it nor date?

Payment of £1 by Direct Debit in December 2014 ?? Without that would it be statute barred? and did you have a DD set up ? or did you send a CCA request about that time ?

Morning,

I have sent the Witness Statement with the evidence today, back to the documents Carter sent to court...the CCA they have sent to court is nine pages just has my name and a previous address on the front page, nothing on the last page no signature no date? and I think DD was a £1 payment I was making because they was harrassing me with letters and the default date on Noodle Credit Report is 09/06/10.

Also they are confusing the court by make up bits of evidence like the one here where there is a Credit Limit of £250
