Draft Order for Directions

Hi,

I have recently received an Allocation Questionaire, and it says i must submit it with "a draft order for directions". Does anyone have a template for this or point me to a thread/post, as i looked on other fora and there is a lot of contradictory advice.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
