    Hi perhaps it's me missing something here. I am trying to log in to the money claim website to view word for word my defence and receive the errors with login and or password incorrect. I am certain I have the correct details and will try again this evening

      Hi any suggestions cannot log in saying claim number and or password incorrect not sure how to retrieve my defence details currently feeling pretty concerned

                "Hi finally received details of my submitted claim as below


                I have written to Arrow to request a copy of the credit agreement.
                I have paid the relevant £1.00 fee for this document In accordance
                with the Consumer Credit Act 1974


                I have also written to Shoosmiths LLP requesting copies of the
                Agreement/Contract,Default Notice,Notice of Assignment and Formal
                Demand.


                As per the Claim Form It is important I have the relevant
                information in order to proceed with my defence


                I current await both parties replies"

                  That's not too bad You have mentioned the CCA request, that you have paid the £1, and that you've asked for more information but not received it, so really you should be okay.

                  You've both returned your N181 so hopefully the court will make some directions order, or order a case management hearing, just let us know as soon as you hear anything.

                    Hi N181 has not been returned as of yet as I was waiting for a response to how to access a copy of my defence

                    I have until the 20th to have this returned I think and will ensure this is sent Royal Mail special delivery Monday / Tuesday pm

                    Am I Ok with doing this

                                Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
