Northampton County Court B.C.

Hi everyone. Just received a Claim form from MKDP LLP. They are asking for a sum total of £2,000. it's on behalf of HSBC bank. They state the account number was assigned on the 8th of December 2011. I am almost sure this date is wrong. It is a credit card, and I am sure it was issued well before then.
Could this be the default date? The issue date on the letter is 17th of February this year. I have no paper work for this debt and have no means of paying. Could anyone advise me please?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
