Continuing from my earlier post in this thread,
I have successfully had the judgement set aside and entered negotiations with Nat West to try and find a mutual settlement.
They have offered time to pay on a "Tomlin" order which on the face of it seems like a good idea.
I understand its better than a CCJ but does it get recorded on my credit file? With regard to the mortgage application I cant show any more monthly outgoings as that will upset the finely balanced afordability equation.
Should I be able to negotiate time to pay withou a tomlin order?
