  • Sent in N245 Vary application many months ago.. nothing

I applied using N245 for an application for a court to consider a payment plan as to a debt. I sent in the application in August, but have had no response. Called the courts today, they spent a long while trying tot find it in the system. They said it was with a Judge, though clearly it had been forgotten. The Judge had apparently provided a minor comment to both parties in September as to objections made by both parties. This comment had only been emailed by the court staff to the defendant and I had not seen it.
This delay in dealing with the application is casting me in interest accruing on the debt. What rights do I have to sanction, or whatever else the courts on basically losing my application and not including me in correspondence...?
