Hello, thank you in advanced to he lovely people on this forum for their continued help and support.
I have received an email from the county court after filing and N181 with proposed directions. In the email they have asked me to fill in the proposed directions which was a template I found on this forum. There are certain parts in the template which I don't understand due to my lack of knowledge. For example:
3) Disclosure of documents will be dealt with as follows:
a) by 4pm on __________ the parties must give to each other standard disclosure of
documents by list and category.
b) by 4pm on ___________ any request must be made to inspect the original of, or to
provide a copy of, a disclosable document.
c) any such request unless objected to must be complied with within 14 days of
the request.
d) by 4pm on ___________ each party must serve and file with the Court a list of issues
relevant to the search for and disclosure of electronically stored documents, or
must confirm there are no such issues, following Practice Direction 31B.
I am not entirely sure which dates I am suppose to put in the blank spaces. I don't have a trial date so I am very confused.
