  • Help and advice please

    I have received a claim form N1SDT this morning from cc business center in Nottingham. With regards to a bank overdraft that I have no memory of for the amount of 4,481.13 apparently this has been sold on to pra group Ltd apparently it was taken out in 2010.i have not received any letters or info of this untill today. I don't know how to answer this as I genuinely have no memory of it. I am on benifits and it's totally scaring me as I don't know what to do next can any one advise please.

    Fill in and post the following:

    Total Amount Claimed : ( approximately please do NOT use EXACT figure given on the claim form, round up to next £100 or £1000)

    Solicitors Firm:
    Original Creditor:
    Original Debt (eg. Credit card/Loan/Overdraft) :
    Particulars of Claim: ( Please type out in full excluding names/account numbers/exact amounts ):
    Is the debt Statute Barred (have you had any contact with the creditor or claimant over the last 6 years?):
    List any letters you have sent (eg: CCA/ CPR ):
    Any Other Information or Background Details:


    Follow the steps carefully, click on each of 'The First Steps to take are' -
    1. Acknowledge the Claim
    2. Write to Claimant to obtain a copy of the Credit Agreement
    3. Write to Claimant’s Solicitors to obtain more information about the claim
