  • Digital Bundle + Missed Court Case due to Court error

I have received "General Form of Judgement of Order".

I lost the case and I am supposed to pay in ten days and my counterclaim was dismissed.

Court Attendance (via Skype) - missed it

    1. The Courts set a date for the case to be heard on via Skype.
    2. The day before received an email from the Courts to say it will be in the afternoon.
    3. When I logged in via Skype in the afternoon. There was no judge. I phoned the Courts, only to be told the case had already been heard in the morning!!!! :-(

This is not my fault, as it was down to an error from the Court.

    I have another issue.

    Digital Bundle

    1. We all sent the bundles via the paper to the COurts (multiple bundles).
    2. As the Courts have been going on-line.
    3. The Courts instructed "The claimant or the party making the application must send to the court and to their other party at least 48 hours before the hearing and electronic bundle to be used at the hearing."

    4. The Claimant has been blatant and dishonest. The Claimant prepared the digital bundle, but excluded over 30+ of my photos and documents which I needed for my defence.
How did they expect to get away with it?
    5. I did write to the Courts, a few days earlier before the hearing and sent a copy to the Claimant, but they did n't fix the bundle.

    ----

What can I do to fix it?

I want the Courts to compare the paper bundle with the digital one? Can they punish the Claimant?
I want the case thrown out, because the Claimant has acted dishonestly over the digital bundle.
