I am pursuing a claim for negligence against my barrister through the County Court Money Claims Centre.
The defendants solicitor made an application for my Particulars of Claim to be struck out.
I have received an order stating "The claim to be sent to xxxxx court for the application to be listed for hearing (on notice) and served.
Does this mean my claim is to be heard at a hearing, or their applicate to strike out my claim is to be heard.
