    All she is doing is making this look like a vexatious claim even more with this behaviour.

    You can’t just add things when you like during the claim.

    If this is how she behaves on paper I’d imagine the hearing will be very interesting especially as she loses point after point and the judges becomes increasingly bored with her.

    At the hearings end don’t forget to ask for cost pursuant to CPR 27.14 due to unreasonable conduct on the claim. That being filing multiple claims, changing the amount of the claim during the process and then adding items to the claim.

      So, this whole thing went south for me! They merged the two claims, so I lost out on my fees for filing to have the duplicate case struck out. Then the we had a hearing and I lost!! The judge wasn’t interested in hearing anything from either of us really, the hearing was only about 15 minutes, and he claims that I was guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation, and the case went in her favour. I was absolutely furious!
