    Hello, Legal Beagles

    I have received a CC claim form from the above people Hoist Finance for the sum of 2132.96 it is stated ex Barclaycard can you help me please this is the first I have heard from these people, thank you

      Does anything show on your credit file for Hoist or Barclaycard ( or both even ) ? Should show a default date on there.
