  • Lowell portfolio court claim mobile

    Hi everyone

I have just recived claim form from Lowell Solicitors. Its about an agreement with Three Mobile (the defendant faild to maintain the required payments and the service was terminated). The claimant is Lowell Portfolio in Leeds and the court adress is in Northampton.
According to the following steps I have just log in and acknowledgement the claim with ticked box - intend to defend all of this claim. I am confused what I should do next as it is mobile phone agreement that is not regulated under CCA. Before when I have received the letter from them I have sent the request about copy of agreement because I am not aware of these debt, but did not get any response. Should I still follow the steps and send request about copy of agreement? Could you advise, please?
