thank you sorry was looking on my mobile,

i have gone ahead and prepared the letters,

with the CCA letter would that be sent to capital one or to the claimant lowells?

also the £1 fee would that be sent with both letters recorder delivery to the address on the county court claim form?

      thank you .

CCA would go to Lowells as they are the owners of the debt now, and thus classed as the Creidtor. the £1 fee goes with the CCA letter to Lowell.

The CPR request is separate and would go to the solicitors on the court claim - which in this case is Lowell Solicitors I think?

As for Capital One, you can send them a Subject Access Request - Subject Access Request Letter

Have you acknowledged the claim ?? If not, do that now as you are quite tight time wise if the claim was issued on the 26th October.... you have MAXIMUM 17 days to do it... >>> Acknowledge Claim

Thank You for clearing that up,

i have acknowledged the claim online today and will sent the letter tomorrow recorded.,
yes the solicitors are also lowell.

in the event that i receive no reply by either within 7 day what would be my next course of action?
do not ever remember receiving any form of communication regarding lowells buying this debt. would i not have to of entered and agreement with lowells themselves for then to be requiring me to pay them any money as i have never dealt with them or signed/ entered any agreement knowingly with them.

          than you once again.
