Need help filing defence for parking fine

Hello Legal Beagles

I have to file a defence for a parking fine in the next 48 hours I have sent the CPR request to the claimant solicitor but I've had no response. Can someone please advise what steps I should take next?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
