Same with 31.14 - which is normally why you send them pre-allocation if you're likely to want to enforce.
What kind of questions/ info do you need from the other side ? Is it directly related to a late disclosure from them ?#staysafestayhome

The default notice they are relying on and/or the clause in the agreement they say is broken. Without which their claim should not proceed. So far they have not provided either.Comment

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service
Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
