Bw legal court letter

Hi,

I've just received a letter from BW legal threatening court action for a parking ticket I did not pay for. I have ignored all their previous letters but I thought maybe I should reply to this.

I am completely new to this whole pro was so apologies if this has already been discussed.

What would be the best course of action to take?

I did not agree to being the driver of the vehicle

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
