  • Question About Replying to Defence on MCOL

Could you please provide guidance on how to respond to a defence on MCOL?

Additionally, when should I submit my list of evidence to rely on for a hearing?

    Hi
Attach your document Reply to Defence to an email and send to the court and the defendant along with your completed Directions Questionnaire

You should receive a court order providing you with a date and time of the hearing. The order should also state the latest date to pay court fees and exchange witness statements and evidence and file documents with the hearing court

How long after the defendant has submitted its defence do I have to submit the directions questionnaire?
