Hi I am currently in a breathing space and due to end of this month, I have agreed with all the creditors and paid first payment to them in a DMP plan but Marston have refused so worried when this month finishes they just come back knocking even though offering them more this time.

It is with Overdales originally / Lowell but now with them .

Any advice on stopping this? Do I fill in a N245 form? Can you take it to the court itself to make it quicker or best to post it ?

Any advice be appreciated

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
