  • Won a small claims case

    Hi,

im looking for some advise - I recently won a small claims case against our previous landscaper who ruined our garden completely. We were awarded just over £9000 and has until the 28th Dec to pay. He has told me he is going to fill in a N245 as he can’t afford the full amount.
Realistically what would the guidelines be for this as we can’t afford to have the work rectified until he pays and it’s affecting our neighbour who is unable to use part of their garden because of this. Is there a set time they would set for the debt to be paid or could they offer £50 per month for example?

thanks in advance for the help.
