  • In default of compliance

Hi am defending myself in a possession claim and looked on PCOL to find an order with this written in it, I have been told by the Court that it is correct and not an incomplete sentence (no full stop tends toward that) can anyone tell me what it means if it is not an incomplete sentence
    Text of order
Upon consideration of the Claimant's application dated 15 May 2019, IT IS ORDERED THAT
    1. The proceedings be stayed until 28 November 2019.2. On or before the 28 November 2019 one of the following steps must be taken: either,
2.1 the Claimant must notify the Court that the whole or part of the Claim has been settled; or
2.2 the Claimant must file a draft Order outlining proposed directions, agreed if possible.
    3. In default of compliance
    4. This Order was made without a hearing. Any party affected by it may apply within 7 days of service for it to be set aside, varied or stayed.
